Privacy Policy

Labels Lab, Inc. ("Labels Lab", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this Privacy Policy. This document explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information, including information collected through this website and through SMS communications, in compliance with Nevada state law (NRS 603A), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and applicable carrier guidelines.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information — your name, company name, email address, telephone number and mailing address.
- Quote and project information — the product type, quantity, specifications and any project details you choose to share when requesting a quote.
- SMS information — if you opt in, your mobile number and a record of your consent, including the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, and the method of opt-in.
- Log data — IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 5.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare and deliver the quote you requested.
- To follow up with you about that quote — by email, by phone, and by text message if you have opted in.
- To manufacture and fulfil orders you place with us.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
- To protect against fraud, misuse and unauthorised access.
3. SMS / text messaging (A2P 10DLC)
Opt-in. You must actively opt in to receive text messages from us. On our quote request form these are checkboxes — one for transactional and service messages, and a separate optional one for marketing messages — and they are never pre-selected. You can submit a quote request without ticking either.
Consent record. We store a record of your consent — your mobile number, the exact wording of the consent you agreed to, and the date and time it was given — so that we can demonstrate consent was properly obtained.
What we send. Transactional and service-related messages about your quote and your order: follow-up about pricing, specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times, artwork and proof approval requests, order and production status updates, and shipping and tracking notifications.
Marketing messages are separate. If, and only if, you tick the separate optional marketing checkbox, we may also send special offers, discounts, new product announcements and updates. Agreeing to service messages does not opt you in to marketing messages, and you can opt out of either at any time.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at daniel@labelslab.com.
Sender identification. All text messages clearly identify Labels Lab, Inc. as the sender.

4. Mobile information sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging services that operate the program on our behalf. All other categories of information described in this policy exclude text-messaging opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use limited cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to notify you when one is sent. If cookies are disabled, some parts of this site may not function properly.
6. Third-party service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to operate our business — for example website hosting, analytics, and the messaging providers that transmit our text messages. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf. This is subject to the mobile information commitments in section 4.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
7. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention of SMS data. We retain SMS consent records and message logs only as long as necessary for operational, regulatory or legal requirements, after which they are securely deleted.
8. Age restriction
Our services are directed to businesses and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. You must be 18 or older to use our SMS service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and if we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
9. Your rights (Nevada residents)
If you are a Nevada consumer, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information under NRS 603A.340. We do not sell personal information, but you may exercise this right by emailing daniel@labelslab.com.
10. Legal disclosure
We will disclose your information where required by law, subpoena or other legal process.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
