Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using this website (the "Service"), operated by Labels Lab, Inc. ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using this website you confirm that you have read and understood this agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
1. Conditions of use
By using this website you agree to use it only as permitted by law and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information. Please review it before using the Service.
3. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and to use our SMS service. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
4. SMS Terms
By providing your mobile number on our quote request form and ticking the transactional SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Labels Lab, Inc. about your quote and your order — follow-up about pricing, specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times, artwork and proof approval requests, order and production status updates, and shipping and tracking notifications. Marketing and promotional messages are a separate, optional checkbox; agreeing to service messages does not opt you in to marketing. You must be 18 or older to use this service (see section 3). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. Quotes and orders
A quote we provide is an estimate based on the specifications you give us. It is not a binding offer until confirmed in writing, and it may change if the specifications, quantities or materials change. You agree that the information you provide when requesting a quote is accurate and current so that we can quote correctly and reach you.
6. Intellectual property
All materials on this website, including copyrights, trademarks and proprietary content, are the property of Labels Lab, Inc. and its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute or exploit them without express written permission.
You retain ownership of artwork and other content you supply to us. By supplying it, you grant us the licence necessary to produce your order, and you confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
7. Links to other websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites we do not own or control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and we encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
8. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
Labels Lab, Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from your misuse of this website or the Service, or from carrier delivery failures or delays in the SMS program described in section 4.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Labels Lab, Inc. and its affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If revisions are material we will provide notice at least 30 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Labels Lab, Inc. regarding use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
