SMS Terms

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
The program
Labels Lab, Inc. operates a text messaging program for people who have requested a quote from us or placed an order with us. All messages identify Labels Lab, Inc. as the sender.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our quote request form and ticking a consent checkbox. There are two, and they are separate: one for transactional and service messages, and a separate optional one for marketing messages. They are never pre-selected, and you can submit a quote request without ticking either. We store a record of your consent — the number, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time — so we can demonstrate that consent was given.
What we send
Transactional and service messages. Quote follow-up about pricing, specifications, minimum order quantities and lead times; artwork and proof approval requests; order and production status updates; and shipping and tracking notifications.
Marketing messages, only if you separately opt in. Special offers, discounts, new product announcements and updates. Agreeing to service messages does not opt you in to marketing messages — that is a separate checkbox, and you can opt out of either at any time.

Message frequency varies.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Labels Lab, Inc. does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. To opt back in, reply START.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to request a quote from Labels Lab, Inc. or to place an order. You can submit a quote request without ticking either SMS consent box, and we will follow up by email or phone instead.
Scope of this program
This messaging program is used solely for business-to-business communication with business customers about their own quote requests and orders for packaging and labelling that we manufacture. It is not used to promote, advertise, sell or facilitate the sale of cannabis, CBD, firearms, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, prescription medication or any other regulated product. Labels Lab, Inc. manufactures packaging and labelling materials only, and does not manufacture, distribute or sell any regulated product.
